MountDock Refund Policy
Purchases of MountDock are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle. Paddle is the seller of record for every MountDock purchase and handles billing, taxes, and refunds.
How refunds work
Refunds are provided in accordance with Paddle’s Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection law. Except as provided by that policy or required by law, all payments are final. This mirrors Sections 3.2 and 3.3 of the MountDock Terms & Conditions (EULA).
How to request a refund
Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or write to support@mountdock.com and we will route your request to Paddle.
